Service Description

The Witches Ride on Oak Island is coming up soon and all witches need a hat, right?!! In this class you'll have a choice of decorating a full-size witches hat or a fascinator. There will be lots of decoration options available including tulle, silk flowers, spiders, skeletons, butterflies, feathers, etc. Class fee is $30 and includes all supplies and instruction.
